Chichester Studio To the community of artists: My
name is Drew Knapp and I'm a visual artist based in Saugerties
and Montclair. I've just purchased the former theatre in Chichester
NY at 334 Rt 214 and I'm interested in renting its use to other
artists ( and/or musicians, dancers, yoga instructors, cafe' entrepreneurs,
graphic designers, architects, massage therapists, other professional
/ commercial users ) There are six separate units totaling 5600
square feet on 1.2 acres of land. Besides myself, there's another
painter already using the space, as well as an aikido instructor.
